1. What is a bespoke built camera system?

A bespoke built camera system is one that has been desgined, built and tested by us - but isn't held in stock and requires building to order. This is due to the extensive components involved and work required to assemble. Most of the components are often in stock and ready to be assembled. 

Being Bespoke - this unfortunately, can attract slightly longer lead times as we need to ensure that the system is built, calibrated and ready for your intended use. 

2. Delivery?

We offer free UK Mainland Delivery for all our camera systems. 

We can ship internationaly - but this requires an extra cost in some cases - please call us to find out more. 

We use standard couriers for our deliveries - often including - Parcel Force, Royal Mail, DX Freight, DPD and PalletForce

3. How soon can I expect to receive my item?

Your item lead time depends on the work required/parts availability. For built to order systems you can expect to recieve your item from anywhere between 5-10 working days from order.
